Firehouse Subs Hodges - Jacksonville

Yesterday evening for a quick bite. The captain who ran the register and seemed to be a manager of any kind was really amazing. He explained the salad well remembered a few before me and was friendly and professional with all that came in. The store itself could have been a bit cleaner, but I know the places are still short and I was impressed by the service.

He was hoping to enjoy a nice lunch. On arrival, my wife had to use the facilities like me. All you can say is YUCK NASTY. We are hungry so that we decided with our visit usually a relaxation room is an indicator and if it is bad we do not stay. We ordered against our better judgment. The drinking station was dirty with splashed syrup and it was bad. The staff lacked energy and friendliness and they seemed more interested in their conversation behind the counter as sandwiches. The service was slow, tables looked like they saw several meals without cleaning and the floors were dirty with a layer of dirt and soda and spilled food everywhere. Not sure who the owner or manager is, but the facility is not for Din in. The sandwiches were good, but cleanliness was very bad. You also eat with your eyes, that should never be forgotten

Terrible. I now know why this place was emptied on a Saturday at midday?.You can't even get the simplest order right. asks for a hook and ladder with everything but toss? the turkey only without hits. asked for smoked türkei only with salat and mayo? the turkey and the ham with tomaten. the kerl in register spoke to me and treated it properly. So I think the team do sandwiches easy?t follow instructions? a lot of luck with her order when they go here.

This would be my second time in ordering fire house at this place by uber eats I ordered a hl sub with chips. no chips! this would be the second time that I'm getting a thing I'm paying for. am I very disappointed?

25-30 minutes for a sub? Had 3 people that came in 10 minutes after I had already ordered and payed.Order their food just like I did and get there food and leave.Poor customer service.?
