Maple Street Biscuit Company

I wanted to start out by saying the food was amazing and the staff were kind and considerate. When I arrived I was greeted by an older Caucasian lady who took my order. Everything was perfectly fine, until she went to hand me my tea and had her hands all over my cup lid. Her hands and finger nails look like she was digging in the dirt and hadn’t wash them in days. She was also bringing customers their food. I pulled a younger lady aside later, told her about the situation, and that this older woman hadn’t washed her hands one time and was on her phone as well in the hour I was at the restaurant. She informed me that this woman was the manager, and I think it would be uncomfortable as a staff member to address this to my manager, so I came here to inform whoever of this issue that needs to be addressed.

Pretty sure they gave us biscuits made the night prior, worst experience as a Biscuit Company as far as food goes, however, the service was great!

We order the same thing every time without hesitation. Five and dime and the Farmer. The food never disappoints. Smashbrowns are a great sharable side. Food was done quick and staff was friendly bringing out a water bowl and treats for our dog.

Wasn't expecting this breakfast, was pleasantly surprised. Awesome food and service. Taste like grandma's biscuits, made with love. Waffle and hash browns were delicious as well. Thanks for a wonderful experience .

This Maole Street is a great place to meet friends. Very casual and warm atmosphere. Service and food is great.
