Sashimi Fusion Japanese Cuisine

Jaelyn was our server, and she did an outstanding job! We loved the food and the atmosphere! If you decide to visit, definitely ask for her—she's amazing!

The interior of the restaurant is surprisingly pleasant, much better than you might expect from its exterior. There's ample space, and everything is clean. While the sushi rice was a bit sweeter than I usually like, the freshness and quality of the rolls and fish were impressive. The rolls were on the thinner side, but the sweeter rice actually complemented the flavors nicely, making for a well-balanced meal.

This restaurant and bar offers a wonderfully quiet and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for anything from lunch to dinner. The ambiance is relaxed and softly lit, creating a cozy environment where you can feel like you're in your own little world. The food is consistently outstanding—10 out of 10 every time—and the staff goes out of their way to remember regular patrons.

Love it here. Great and interesting sushi. The tempura dried banana and ice cream is a great dessert.
