Every time I try to go to this place after 8:00, the employees say they are closed. This is unacceptable because I know they should be open until at least 12 o'clock. There are always people in there or outside talking and socializing, so I'm not sure why they always say they're closed so early. I feel that someone from the headquarters has to go to this store and give him a complete overhaul and get rid of their unprofessional employees.
Order by mobile app at 10 am to 11 pm. The app explained that the location was open and accept orders. Do not get 10 minutes later to find the location dark, but the drive thru lights still up. In the ride wait a few minutes, then drove to the window to see that there was no one. This is unacceptable. I know that the pandemic hours can change, but you need to reflect on your mobile app or your website so that your customers know that.
Contains less than 1 star. 20 minutes in the drive thru and we left. Two more cars on the left. The truck that was before us got his food and went on and we still sat in the menu and waited for someone to pick up our order. If you are on the go and need fast food, this would be the last place I would ever recommend.
I cannot fathom how this Wendy?s is still open. Every single time I have gone there has been an issue with the order. Most recently we ordered a biggie meal and got the wrong burger went back to get the correct burger but they made it all wrong so two times we tried to get the order right and both times it was wrong. This is unacceptable not to mention they must cook the chicken nuggets hours ahead of time cause ours were hard as a rock my dog would not even eat them! I wish there was an option for 0 stars and they should really consider hiring all new employees or retraining the ones they have.
