Upon entering the restaurant, the soft music and aroma of the place are noticeable. The attention of the waiters is on another level, making the experience improve as the hours go by. Juan, the chef, came by on more than one occasion to present his dishes and thank him for choosing his restaurant. A warm touch on your part. The concept of the menu is very interesting, since Juan seeks to reflect the cuisine of Jaén and his grandmother, his muse. Some dishes managed to bring me back to my family's home kitchen too. Others really surprised me with their creativity and explosion of flavors. I recommend a visit to Damajuana, it is a great culinary experience that you will surely enjoy. ¿Qué puedo decir? Tener una estrella Michelin lo dice todo. La calidad de la comida, la presentación exquisita y la atención a cada detalle son impresionantes. En cuanto al personal, puedo mencionar que eran muy atentos, siempre con una amplia sonrisa y amabilidad. Su trato fue excepcional. Las instalaciones también son muy cómodas y, aunque el local no es muy grande, había suficiente espacio para no incomodar a otros clientes ni ser incomodado. Fue una experiencia muy buena, acompañada de una gran calidez por parte del personal y del propietario.
