Dairy Queen Grill And Chill

The service was subpar. My husband and I had a 25 min wait for our food and we were the only indoor fine in customers and they had 3 cars in drive thru that already ordered. All we got was sorry for the wait which was nice but didn 't try to make it right..with coupon etc to keep us coming back. The food was rubbery and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp too long. Our fries were soggy and our toast was just bread heated up. We will stick to the Racine st location.. and skip food in the future

Apparently they can close whenever they feel like it. They have done this acouple times now were the drive thru is opened till 10 but they shut everything down at 9 pm.

The rudest employees ive ever seen. They mess up and dont try to fix it rather they get mad at you and just give a refund. Nothing but a waste of time to go here.

Not recommended. I definitely work in fast food and swear I just got ripped off with my order. I ordered a small milkshake and payed for a SMALL milkshake. They then gave me my small milkshake in a MINI blizzard cup. I definitely know what 12 oz cups look like so I decided to call back and speak with the manager. She explained to me that they ran out of small clear milkshake cups so they were serving milkshakes in blizzard cups, which happens sometimes. But what bothered me the most is she assured me the MINI blizzard cup size is 12 oz (just smaller looking) but if that is true why did I get a 6oz cup instead of a 12 oz cup? Especially if I payed… then to confirm the lie the manager told me, I looked up the website for Dairy Queen blizzard sizes and shake sizes. Which definitely explained MINI BLIZZARDS are 6oz and SMALL MILKSHAKES are 12 oz. Definitely lost us as customers!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Dairy queen gets very busy, but it's worth the wait. Every employee is sweet and work great together.
