Luv it!!! Food preparation, and Professional StaffTwo thumbs ? ? ? Up!!!

We frequent this Panera and it has dramatically gone down hill over our 3-4 visits. Food quality, portions and service have been very bad. We are very disappointed as this was once our favorite restaurant.

Went through the driveway came to work and realized I got the wrong bag . I called and was helped by a very nice woman who gave me several options . I went back to pick up my correct order and was offered something from their bakery and also got a free meal coupon ! Great customer service ! You don’t get that a lot now a days . I’m sorry to whoever I spoke to I forgot your name but people like you are the reason people come back! Thank you Panera

I just got hot chocolate today and got a hair in it. Not happy and pretty disgusted right now.
