I'm sitting here at 6:50 and I can't use the steam room, pool or hot tub. The restaurant is not open for breakfast. What's wrong with this place?!?

Warm customer service at the reception, super rude. I'll never go back there.

Nice hotel but there were several school groups who's behaviour ruined it for other guests. we complained twice in 2 nights about school boys running amok along the halls (yellling, running screaming, having doors) but management promised to tell their teacher who obviously did nothing. A classic case of letting the animals run the zoo ????

My request for gluten free food at a conference was handled not only professionally, but with a huge courteous smile. I was always asked if I would like a gluten free meal for the next one. Each staff member in the dining room dropped by to see if everything was okay and they found delicious gf sweets for desserts. Highly recommend for anyone on a specialized diet and those like me who have celiac disease.
