Feedback gevenOn April 7th I pulled into the drive-thru just before noon. I know .....what a weird time for lunch, right? After waiting a bit I looked more closely at the menu noticed the sign taped above the menu stating hours had changed to Open At 12:00 Hmmm...,ok. Looked at my watch and it was 11:57. Rather than drive somewhere else I decided to just wait the 3 minutes until they opened. I began reading my emails while waiting when I noticed a woman get out of a car came overto my window stated they weren 't open. I glanced at my watch said, it 's almost noon, I 'll wait . She said they were DELAYED wouldn 't be open for a while. She then waddled back to the car, got inside and her companion and shefinished eating their POPEYE 'S!!!!!! If the manager/owner has this little regard for this business, they should sell or close it. Absolutely No Excuse! BTW, both Lee 's Chicken Popeye 's Chicken both just down the street were open anddoing a BRISK business. TO THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION: YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN. READ YOUR OTHER REVIEWS. And BTW- ???? Love that chicken from Popeye 's ????
Customer service was awful, got them a little before 9pm on a Friday night. The sign says chicken cooked fresh when ordered. I can honestly say the chicken tenders were hockey pucks. I could hardly bite through them. I ordered extra fries and was told it would take 5mins if I wanted to wait, ended up taking almost 15mins and they could not even make fresh chicken that was not sitting in the warmer for hours. We couldn't even hardly understand Dominique who was working thedrive through, you could tell they were wrapping up and could care less about helping us.
I ordered 2 macaroni bowls tonight one regular and one spicy. After waiting 20 minutes, I finally got my order only to discover they were both regular and they forgot the pickles I paid $1 for, (which is ridiculous if you ask me). You would think having 20 minutes to get a 2 item order would be sufficient time to get my order correct. I was going to call about this matter, but, I have called before when they messed up my order and no one ever picks up. Needless, I won'tbe back. Ever. *I am part of the top 20% of Google restaurant reviewers just so you're aware*
