Waited in the drive thru for an hour get to the window to pay and the girl has a huge hicky on her neck and is standing there texting. No one said...

Placed a mobile order that took nearly 45 mins to get. Went through the drive thru and told the lady at the speaker I had a mobile order. I was told to pull around and at the first window, I let the lady know again about my mobile order. She got on her headset and reminded the others about it and I pulled up to the next window. I get a bag of food and check it as I'm pulling off.. it was wrong. I go inside to get it fixed and get accused of being a door dash order and then of just going through the line without mentioning the order. I understand having a bad day but taking it out on the customer... just bad service.

You did me dirty Wendy! There I was ready to bite into a Dave's double. Grab one sandwich out of the bag it was a spicy chicken. That one was for later. So I grabbed the other sandwich knowing it was that double I asked and paid for.... wait it's another chicken sandwich. Dude can any of these fast food places be right anymore. Wow. I'm already home so thanks for ruining dinner Wendy!

This location is right off a major highway, so they get get a lot of freeway traffic and big rigs.Food was better than most Wendy's I've been to. I got the Double Baconator on a Pretzel Bun. I was happily surprised to see the sandwich look like the picture. This shows pride in their work, and it is greatly appreciated. Tasted great as well. Fries were not crispy and a bit droopy but had decent flavor.Service was nice, I was pleasently greeted, and the worker had a smile on his face.The restaurant was in need of cleaning. The drink line was a mess, spilled soda and syrup made everything sticky. Restrooms had no soap to wash hands and the towel dispenser was open with a roll sitting on the floor. This is concerning because the male employees would not have soap to wash their hands and would need to take a towel that was sitting on the floor to wipe off their hands. Gross.
