Really enjoyed our meal, nice friendly staff, beautiful presentation of dishes. this chocolate desert with lemon ice-cream was just outstanding!

We came there on Sunday for a branch and didn't reserve a table, the place was booked but for later time. it's the first time in any restaurant I have been in Latvia that the host suggest a reserved table to be used till the reservation time. I was surprised by the great service and the welcoming approch. The food was great, fresh, tasty and with big selection including wine and coffee included. The atmosphere was great and welcoming There was parking as well. Immidietly after we finished I reserved a table for the week after. Thank you for letting us enjoy.

Love it. Awesome place. I enjoyed every minute of visiting this restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is pretty good for a small town like Mārupe. A wide choice of dishes starting from salads and somewhat vegetarian, and up to a nice steak. Oh yeah, have I forgotten to mention a wine selection? Home wine is pretty good. I would recommend it. Update 2022: still worth it.

This place has a very cosy atmosphere and bright decor. Menu is chic with various moods. We tried these options and overall stayed happy with our choices with some exceptions. Btw they serve Pimms here which is rare for Latvia ice cold with berries and cucumber.. mmmmm yammy, loved it. Our Top 3 from menu : 1. Duck main with glazed vegetables and lentils was well cooked, meat was soft and letils with berry purrage complimented it very well. Lentils were a bit undercooked, but overall still very well balanced dish 2. Octopus main with chorizo and potatoes was Mindblowing soft, which is extra hard to make. Crunchy potatoes and seaweed were nice touch. 3. Bone marrow was average , I would say that omelette that comes with it is unnesesarry and greens were to rough cut. But with crispy brown bread it went down well. Do not suggest : Lamb main lack of ellegance. Hard to understand what was chef trying to say with meat and bulgur combination. Filled Octopus starter with Tum Yum soup 5 very good things together in one plate, but together it was like a bad choir singing. Sorry! Nice detail : Beautiful Paintings of Kristine Luize Avotina. Service on a level of octopus starter. not too good Main dish was put on table while we were outside smoking, and girl could not suggest any of specialities from menu. We give one Shmishelin star : which means nice casual place to have diner with family or friends who are not too fussy. Would go again for easy dinner.
