Feedback gevenFor a chilis we were actually surprised how good it was eating! only the complaining was the beer we were served, tasted down, but in addition a pretty good experience would recommend!
That was terrible. our server was pleasant, but overwhelmed with much too many tables to handle. I understand that the managers deal with the short challenge. I couldn't arrange a manager in the foh operations. not an option, especially on a Saturday. Perhaps the manager should be more operational to support their employees instead of relying on the cracks of the pandemic. Perhaps that would help to keep personal, leading to a happy customer experience. Americans are tired of sub par service product, pay more for it. Stop talking to the manager!
Chili's has been a staple for my wife and I for 15+ years. This location has great food 90% of the time and the waiting staff are always friendly. Unfortunately covid has hit them like everyone else. We've had multiple times where there's only one waitress serving an entire side of the restaurant, which makes service a bit slow. However we're always patient since we know they are understaffed. Once they get back to full staffing this will be a 5* for Chili's.
Why did I choose Chili's? The food always seems bland to me. But nonetheless, I forgot lunch at home so I chose this location. Staff were friendly, food was quick so no real complaints about that particular location.
Our waitress, Angie, was awesome! The food was better than expected. We were happy with the whole experience.
