Boutade Cocina - Jerez de la Frontera

We had a really nice lunch here. The weather was perfect so we sat outside and decided on; myshrooms, salmon tartar, grilled prawns and goatcheese with aubergine. It was all delicious. We had brownies with ice cream and a cup of coffee and let feeling full and happy. The waiters were kind and helpfull and we would return any day if we had the opportunity.

Good food: Tapas and Raciones, good selection of wine and friendly service from our waiter Sergio. We could sit inside due to slighly fresher evening temperature. All in all we found Boutade a good choice in the restaurant busy Calle Consistorio just a few meters from Plaza Arenal the city center with a large underground parking which costs only a symbolic price during the weekend.

We had not planned to eat tapas, we just came for a sherry. The waitress recommended we tried one with the sherry. I'm glad she convinced us. The one she recommended was wonton-style pasta bags filled with fresh cheese with herbs. Delicious and nicely presented. That was yesterday. Today we came back to try the menu del dia. Three courses (plus a very unexpected and delicious surprise from the kitchen). If you are in Jerez and want to try something special,this is one of the places that is highly recommendable. Some more family members will be joining us in a few days, and we for sure take them to this superb tapas bar!

Exceptional tapas and service. Could not fault anything. Attentive and professional staff. The artichokes and seafood were outstanding. Great value for quality of food.

We passed an expensive very touristy place and came here instead. The tapas were cheaper delicious. We’ll come back!
