Mcdonald's - Jerome

I have not many expectations of mcdonald’s, but the order was wrong 3 times and we waited for 45 minutes. what should be a short stop on our trip has delayed us a little.

As someone who lives in jerome, I come here a lot, and mcdonalds is one of my favourites to eat. but the last THREE times I was, they didn't give me any pommes. I even bought extra french for a friend who will only eat their fries when we go. they never gave us any fries. today, when I asked, “And the fries and the extrafries are in there?” the hired looked in the bag and said, “Yes, they are. here we go” and gave it to me. I should have looked because there were no pommes and we should have 3 medium-sized pommes in our order. not to mention that we always have to take up and wait until 10-15 minutes each time, because for some reason our jerome mcdonald’s cannot eat from a reasonable time. even if I order nuggets and pommes and there is hardly anyone, it takes forever. so much I love to eat here, I don't think I'm gonna get it back here.

I wait here and ordered two burgers, I had to go ahead and wait for my sandwiches. When I came home, I had to take them apart and cook because the meat was still very pink. that's the second time that it happened to me in a month!

They never have Ice Cream, their machine is never working. if you want Ice cream go to Artic Circle or Dairy Queen. Also if you go for breakfast this is what you get!! Burnt hard as a rock sandwich!!

My autistic son, loves Oreo milkshakes. Since McDonalds doesn’t have Oreo shakes, I have ordered many times “Can I please get a vanilla shake, add 2 orders of Oreo, and blend it in to make an Oreo shake? I know it costs extra, and I’m happy to pay for it.” I have this line down.This usually doesn’t seem to be a problem. However, this time, unfortunately, they just put the Oreo on top. They didn’t mix it in, I had to do my best with the straw… now, as per usual, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. I will say they seemed busy, perhaps a new employee? We always have to consider the things that employees go through. Aside from that, everything else was up to normal McDonalds standards.My son’s cheeseburgers didn’t have mustard or pickles as per requested. Not BigMac had no pickles, as per requested. Service was quick via the drive thru, employees were friendly and had a smile on their faces. Overall, would recommend this location.
