It was busy when we arrived for lunch after church, which is a good sign of a thriving business. I definitely plan to return and try some other items on the menu!
This restaurant serves authentic Filipino cuisine that is well-seasoned. They open promptly, sometimes even before the actual opening time. The staff at the counter work hard despite the heat in the kitchen. I would have given them a perfect score if it weren't for the strong and lingering food odor in the entrance and main hall. The place could use more ventilation and open windows to address this minor issue. However, I still recommend them for their reasonable pricing. I recently had lunch here about two days ago and noticed that the strong fishy odor from five months ago has been corrected. A staff member named Ferna was extremely helpful, and all the other staff members were hardworking. The food was delicious as always. The twinkling Christmas decorations added a nice touch to the atmosphere.
The restaurant has a cool atmosphere and serves really tasty food! I went with some friends to watch a mutual friend's band perform, and we had a great time. The servers were friendly and efficient, and the Filipino cuisine was delicious (it was my first time trying it). It was enjoyable to hear different people cover songs from my childhood, and they all did a fantastic job! While they don't serve alcohol, there is a liquor store just a ten-minute walk away. The only suggestion would be to update the interior of the building, but it's not a big deal. I would still recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun night out with friends.
A nice place to buy hot Philippine food. They have 3 sizes small, medium and large. I had the Philippine chicken soup with ginger and green papaya very tasty. Good soup when you are sick. Also had Philippine mixed vegetables was also tasty. Prices are a little high but you get good food.
The restaurant is located on a main street known for restaurants serving Asian cuisine. One side is mostly East Indian and then on the other side is mostly Filipino. You have a choice of ordering a la carte or order dishes served on the buffet-like table, locally known as turo-turo. The setting is casual dining and you can also place take-out order. Parking can be a challenge and it only accepts cash. And like most people, it is worth the hassle and the trip because the food is tasty. The staff is equally friendly.
