Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Jesup

DON'T EAT HERE!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU IN THE DRIVE-THRU. I just ordered a chicken sandwich, large fry and coke. The lady took my money and had me pull up to wait on food. After 20 minutes of waiting I got back in line to inquire about the order. When I finally got the the window the lady apologized and and said she forgot about me so I asked for a refund. She said she couldn't give a refund since it's been over 30 MINUTES, so I wait another 5 minutes for the order. After I got the bag and pulled up, something told me to check the order.....they forgot the fries. I pulled back to the window (steaming mad) and said you forgot the fries, on principle I will not eat this food and I want a refund. The lady again said she couldn't because it had been over 30 minutes, she didn't even offer to compensate with additional food, desert or anything. I was so mad at this point I set the drink and sandwich on the ledge and left. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT AT POPEYES IN JESUP, GA!!!!!!

How they always out of certain food but no one is never there? This place is ridiculous and the customer service is horrible.

HEY, OWNER OF POPEYES, ARE YOU READING THESE REVIEWS?! Don 't be surprised when this restaurant closes. I 'm actually shocked that with the attitude disinterest of the employees that it hasn 't already!! Not a vehicle in drive thru line, 3 cars in the parking lot, 1 man in the dining room already eating his food. I pull to the speaker get the canned welcome nothing more. I began to place my order got a much less than friendly Hold on . I held on for some time upon being prompted, I started to place my order. Of course as usual, they were out of something and I didn 't get the spicy white meat I wanted. Considering there were no others to be seen, I 'm gonna assume that no one had JUST purchased their last spicy white meat. Get to the window the lady hands me the food with no greeting a much less than friendly attitude. I ask for some honey get an unfriendly You need what?! I ask if my receipt is in my bag, get a response of What? . I repeat myself with the eye roll, my receipt is handed to me. If you don 't wanna be at your job, that 's fine. You may not be a friendly person, so don 't go outta your way but the attitude was not necessary.

Drove up to the drive thru at 8:30 tonight and asked for the popcorn shrimp, the guy told me the fryers were turned off? I said ok and left. Not sure why the fryers were off. It says they close at 10pm? So are they only serving after a certain time food that don’t need fried? So I went to another near by restaurant and got my liter fresh and hot.

Reason it’s the lowest rated place in town is bc of the staff’s attitude.
