The bathrooms are disgusting and the employees are mean and unfriendly

Fast food, but was good considering and the staff was friendly.

Very short staffed, the order we was given was not our order at all. But the food was good. So we just eat what we was given and moved on. we already left down the road lol)

Tables were dirty and lines were long. Typical if this location but food is usually good once you get it.

I don’t usually write these, but the service today 12/15/2023 was phenomenal. I was placing my order in the drive through and was going to use their app on a buy one get one Pretzel Baconator. Well the app crashed while I was ordering and I lost the coupon, so I just told them to take those off and I’d use another coupon. They gave me a total and I drove up to the next window. Well the nice lady at the window asked me what I had ordered. Being my order was a mess. She scanned the other coupons for the other sandwich. She said you know what. You can have both the Baconators for the buy one get one price and the other sandwich for free too. Like wow. She didn’t even question what happened, and just said it’s okay and that it happens. She was prepared to make her customer happy is all, she also wished me a merry Christmas. Amazing customer service today. I couldn’t be more happy. She deserves a pay raise!! Amazing.
