Chipotle Mexican Grill

I am not sure how to rate this restaurant as the portion sizes are much more generous in person compared to what is advertised online. When ordering online, the bowls are consistently smaller to the point where it doesn't feel like a complete meal. However, I have never encountered any issues when dining in person. I am not sure why there is a discrepancy between the two. After further testing, I can confirm that the portion sizes are significantly larger when dining in person compared to delivery. I still visit this restaurant a couple of times a month and have never been disappointed with the meal size in person. I would not recommend ordering delivery as the portion sizes are much smaller.

I ordered a chicken burrito with a side of chips and guacamole. When I got home, I realized I was mistakenly charged for steak. The burrito was poorly rolled and falling apart, and the guacamole was only half filled, like it came straight from a bag. I tried reaching out to customer support, but all they offered was a buy one, get one free deal, which I won't use because I can't eat Chipotle for three days in a row. This was my first time visiting in a while and I was disappointed to see that the service has declined while prices have increased.
