Mcdonald's - Kanata

All dirty, the personal on their phones, apparently no ice-water? they accumulate me a big mac instead of grand big mac and it was burned!

The management spoke sick about their employees. one of them called lean or something and the other was a white weave with long brown hair managers. it was pretty busy, but I decided to go in. while I was patient. waiting for my eating, I could overhear the girls that make fun of some of the workers. very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable and if it were not for covid, I would not want to immerse myself in definitiw. can't imagine what they say about customers when they are so subordinate to them. I understand that eating is slow considering that it was pretty busy, but I was very unimpressed with keeping.

My friend and I waited for the ride to warp for 20 min for a mobile order they did not receive and said they could not enforce. ends up and they gave us the wrong drinks with no stroh after everything. Would...not recommend!

You should never expect much from a mcdonald, but this is worse than the others: dark, crammed and border dirty. there are many better places to eat.

I am absolutely sure that they train their hires to mess up orders placed. They have done so very consistently. Its rare that our order was received as ordered at this outlet. The latest ws on the 26th of Nov. ordered a quarter pounder without...cheese and a quarter pounder blt.... come home and find both sandwiches not made as per order. The box said remove cheese and infact there were 2 slices of cheese in the sandwich. The quarter pounder blt was a regular quarter pounder without any b or l or t. Both sandwiches went into the garbage. Did not feel like driving back all the way to get replacements so made a phone call. Rebecca answered but did not sound very apologetic... sounded like she has heard it a number of times... at least a few times from us itself... she told me simeone would call me regarding this WHEN THAT PERSON HAS THE TIME TO MAKE THE CALL.... I am still waiting....
