Ray's Food Express - Kansas

This place was a great find, tucked away in park city was some of the fried catfish I've had in a very long time and if you find better portions for the price I guarantee the quality will not be there. Fresh fried catfish, nice crisp hot fries and so.e good'ol baked beans, DAMN! I have a new favorite place to eat. See you again soon Ray's food express.

The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly. We come here to eat alot.

It was an absolutely phenomenal meal. Being born and raised Southern Louisiana, Southern Texas it tasted like home and it was a very nice feeling. Ray's is a little piece of the south here in Kansas I would recommend this place to any and everybody who's interested in a spectacular Southern cuisine.

Best catfish around. And don't forget the banana pudding.

My family likes to go to BBQ restaurants and Ray’s has very delicious BBQ. The ribs are so tender and they have just the right amount of smoky flavor. If you love fried okra, you are in for a treat. It starts crispy and stays crispy. The mac and cheese is so good, it must be from scratch, not a box.
