Just what you need to ease into the day. Probably one of the best in Prague. Hopefully, it won't be bought up by corporate money grabbers looking to avoid paying more tax as they destroy yet another creative hub.
New restaurant opening in Prague on January 15th, 2018. The owners of this great bistro are my two dear friends Vlad and Vendelin who have been trying for months to get the restaurant opened but because of red tape the opening day keeps being pushed back; but finally on January 15th you will be able to savor the good food that my dear friend Vendelin will be cooking, he is an excellent chef, and I say this from experience. I too cannot wait to visit Prague come summer 2018 to help my friends out in drumming up business with the English speaking visitors to that great city.
Delicious food, corresponding wine and cozy atmosphere in a central location. Great menu offering various trendy dishes. Will come back for sure the next time I'm in Prague
