I visited my 1st time A+ grade hotel. This hotel is too much cleaning. Nice service polite behaviour manager and also ower of the hotel. I just feel it was our Home. We are decided that we are going there's again for no reason just for relaxation. Overall experience is too Good Thank you

Located centrally, the rooms were immaculate and toilets, very clean. The staffs were very hospitable and helpful. The advantage of an attached Restaurant is a bonus and room service were prompt. A very good place to spend a night with good food.

Overall rooms and food is good. I was stayed there for 2 days with my family. But I was disappointed when they were unable to provide us complimentary breakfast in the 2nd day when we leave hotel at 7.30 A.M. my train for kolkata at 7.55 A.M. though I request them in the previous day to arrange some break fast at least at 7 A.M. as my younger daughter is only 4 yrs old and nearby there was no restaurant. But they told me they can provide after 7.30 A.M. however in the hotel's menu book break fast serving time was given from 7 A.M. to 10 A. M. Instead of this mini fridge in the room was not working I told them about this but they ignored. I think they should be more professional.
