Bonchon - Katy

I had ordered wings for pickup and when I came home after eating like 3 wings, I noticed a blonde hair on the rest of my wing! I was obviously disgusting and threw it away. I called the next morning to let someone know I want a refund and obviously they don't know how to answer the phones. if they answer the phones, they are either very confused or rude and cannot help. they told me a manager would contact me about this matter and I didn't hear from someone. I was informed that there is no manager since and they don't know when it will be. So I hope that the manager will see this review and know that I want my refund and I am very disappointed with the food and customer service. this should be treated very differently.

This restaurant urgently needs its manager or owner, cold eating, I got a juice, and it tasted old! terrible service, unfortunate workers, the toilets are evil and rough there was dreadful in the men toilet and the zink in the lady toilet was full dirty water, hardly could I wash my hands without touching the dirty and old water! I never experienced anything bad in Texas, really! we love bonchon (pearland), but this was a terrible experience.

Nice crisp. drumsticks are huge. wish the spicy was a little spicy
