Hungry Howie's Pizza-closed - Katy

This place was recommended to me by a neighbor. I might have to make sure her taste buds aren't shot because this pizza is only so-so.

The order was given to me at least 20 minutes late because they forgot to cook my chicken wings.... I ordered a cookie since I had to wait... they could have at least given it to me for the inconvenience.I took a bite into the chicken wings and they were ****!

I was looking forward to my Greek salad, when it arrived it was missing the red onions, the feta cheese and I got 2 slices of tomatoes and I could barely see anything other than lettuce in it.I called to tell them what they could do to fix it and this guy who I’m sure wasn’t the manager said there’s nothing we can do, and that the guy making salads is new and he left it at that. So you have new people who don’t know how to make the orders and we have to pay the consequences. Spending almost $30 for a bowl of lettuce is pretty disappointing. Customer services is very unprofessional and I felt like he didn’t even care to listen to my complain.

My first time visiting here Shavone was great very attentive made sure my order was correct fresh an hot definitely will be going back here her customer service was excellent she went above an beyond to meet my needs thanks again Shavone
