Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Katy

The service was really slow, but not the hard and fast working women to blame Popeyes only three employees! These ladies wore us with their abilities and inviting smiles. Blackened Tenders, butter biscuit with red beans and rice was so good!

I want to call a BIG to the night shift manager, Jarret and the ride through staff (I don't have his name) but they gave the BEST customer service. Goodness was unexpected, but very welcomed. I just wanted to thank you publicly for your help and GREAT customer service..

The Popeyes on Fry Rd. and Morton Rd. is usually busy, but the food comes pretty fast. I always order the chicken sandwich with red beans and rice. My husband usually gets the three wing combination with red beans and rice. The chicken for the sandwich is always freshly roasted and the chicken wings. I think that's why some people complain about waiting for something. I would rather wait for them to give me food that has been under a heat lamp to be served quickly.

This is my favorite Popeyes! I'm here recently. Fast service, very nice staff, they remember to give you your spices, napkins, cutlery, elect. I'm going out of my way to get to these Popeyes
