Customer service is amazing. The young man that hosted us was very kind and we enjoyed his help with the menu.
This a restaurant you want to go. The quality of the food is excellent. The staff are very friendly and courteous. I recommend this restaurant to everyone who is having a party. She caters so well at a very reasonable price. The Lord will continue to bless the works of your hand.
10/10 all around. Food was cooked fresh and is hands down the most tasty African food I have had compared to all the ones in the katy/Houston area. The atmosphere in the restraunt is wonderful and the service is amazing. They have a lovely family and they really make you feel welcomed. Will definitely be coming back.
So I ordered the goat pepper soup (spicy) with rice it came with plantains it was so good the flavor was delicious it had chunks of goat meat it was super tender. I?m most definitely going to try the fish pepper soup next time. I also ordered the goat stew with pounded yam most definitely my favorite so far it was rich flavorful I couldn?t stop eating it the yam wasn?t too soft it was perfect! I?ll most definitely be back with the family.
My mother and I were several times in the royal poor restaurant and we look forward to the return. eating is amazing (I like the jollof rice and meatcake especially) and the portions are filled and the prices, also royal arm has some of the best West African food for the best prices, and this is just eating; every time we go there, we are treated like a family by the owner, they and their family really care about their customers, and it shows. our orders are always made contemporary and properly packed (and made with love) from eating that tastes like home, to the personal she treats like family, is royal poor one of my favorite restaurants. if they are looking to get a bit of iyan and efo, or this is their first time that West African tries to eat, the royal arm is their place!
