Snappys Cafe Grill - Katy

This is not good Chinese food. We got 2 orders of Beef Broccoli and what was delivered was not beef. We also got an order of Sweet Sour Chicken. I called to confirm what we ordered was what was delivered and the guy on the phone said he packed it himself and it was beef. I have pictures of the food and none of it looks like beef. The meat was white-ish colored and the texture was not that of beef. There were even two different types of meat in one dish. You can see the difference in the pics. One of the pieces I cut open was still very pink on the inside. Horrible customer service when we called also.

We're from NY looking for such a place for years. Friends of us recommended the place and we eat there any chance we get. The service is good, most of the time there is a waiting time, but it is worth it. We love the atmosphere and the food is excellent. Eat big on a small bag. Our family can never wait for the next visit!!!

If you want a real Americana experience, come to Snappy. This restaurant was recognized by the city of Katy UND the state of Texas. I visited with the owner Bobby and got such a feeling for the family atmosphere here. Make it a point to eat here. Thank you. Snappy's staff, for a great ear and experience.

They were pretty crowded on Saturday morning, but we sat and served really 'snappy'. The food is great and hot. My wife thinks it's the best chicken roasted steak she ever had. Definatly worth a few trips.

Love this place has come here since 2010... waiting is minimal, but the food is OMG!! Great!!! The waiting staff is so beautiful and fast. I'm bringing many of my friends to Snappy so they can eat their ingenious dishes.
