Feedback gevenDO NOT order from this location online, especially after 9 pm. They tend to close before their posted time at 10 PM often. I ordered from this location at 9:11 pm on 8/26, got to the location about 10 minutes later only to find that they were closed. Waited outside for about 10 minutes to finally get ahold of the manager, she then proceeds to tell us that she cant make our food nor can she give us a refund/cancel the order, and then gave us a fake number to call.
Lilly will not serve you depending on her mood or what you look like. I asked for an item on the menu was told the manager said no. The man working there was rude as well. I have never been so embarrassed in my life, the manager emailed me saying Lily was new, not knowing she told me she’s been there for three years. Color should not matter in food,
My order was great! My service was great! But what I witnessed was NOT ok. A customer advised of an allergy and requested another knife be used to cut the sandwich. The knife was swisher around d in water and wiped onto a towel a few times. It was then used for the cutting. Food establishments are required to make every effort to accommodate those with allergies. They also have the right to refuse. I just pray the customer's allergy is not as bad as my own, that knife was clean enough.
Hadn't been to subway in a while not bad food but on my last visit even subway is asking for tips what a joke lol.
