Taco Bell - Katy

This Taco Bell location has the best customer service. TB has been my pregnancy craving and I’ve been going almost every week lately and they are always very friendly and polite. No matter who helps me with my order. Thank you!! ?

Love this Taco Bell. They have never messed up my order, been out of something I wanted, and the food is always hot and fresh. Staff is friendly.

Terrible service sat in line for 40 minutes once your past the menus your stuck, slow as hell I've never worked for a Taco Bell but I'm sure I could've make these orders way quicker .... Management needs to get involved and corporate or the franchise owner ... this location has much more availability for increasing profits if they just would invest in employees ... or wake the ones up tonight from their naps

Well that went bad fast. You could tell the girl at the window didn’t want to be there and the staff talking on their cell phones on speaker lol. A whole different place since the last time I went there a few months ago. And my food was cold…..yeah….

I wanted to add a drink to my order and dude said, no.. we are backed up on orders . Meanwhile there was only one car behind us . the drinks are right next to you sir!!! It won 't take long!!
