I WOULD ABSOLUTELY GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION...AND ALL OF THE OTHER EVIEWS HERE, SHOULD TELL YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW!!After ordering through the drive through, I drove up to the first window to pay. I handed the cashier exact change. The CASHIER dropped some of the money that was handed to her. Five cents, to be exact. I told her thank you and drove to the next window as my truck was to close to the building to assist her in getting the change that SHE dropped. She proceeded to come the second window, demanding the 5 cents that SHE dropped. I apologized and told her I was unable to grab it for her. She again, demanded the five cents be paid before my food would be given to me. Mind you, I work for the School district here in Kaufman and only have a 30 minute lunch break of which she wasted a good 10 minutes of, demanding the money that she had dropped in the first place and then proceeded to tell me that Im going to need that 5 cents I dug another 4 cents out of my cup holder (the only change I had) and told her that was all the cash I had. She was completely unprofessional and rude in telling me that the 4 cents would not suffice and that I needed to pay the whole 5 cents. I eventually told her to just take my debit card and run it for the remaining 5 cents because I was running out of time. Now, I 'm not entirely sure which merchant service is used, but it typically cost an establishment about 30 cents to run a debit card which would completely defeat the purpose of collecting the 5 cents from my debit card. She ran it anyway, for the 5 CENTS!! I normally go out of my way to AVOID eating at this location because of the typical rude encounters I have at this establishment. This is the ONLY Jack in The Box that I EVER have these kind of issues at. I will not be back and I will be sharing my experience on social media platforms for others because after speaking with some of my co-workers, apparently I am not the only one that has this kind of experience there, more often than not, and it is completely uncalled for. I wish I would have gotten the girls name but I was so infuriated I didn 't think about it at the time. When I finally got to sit down and eat my lunch, it was cold and stale...
I would give a better rating if I had received better customer service. I received my order hot and fast. However when I pulled up to the drive-thru window, all the employee flatly said was the amount of my total. I gave her my card, she took it in, handed it back to me and handed me my order and then closed the window the second it reached my hand, before I could even ask for ketchup. She didn't say one word or smile the whole time. For all I know she was having a bad day or just hates her job but either way if you work in customer service you shouldn't let that affect the way you interact with customers.
Usually stop by here to get curly fries and a drink before I run my weekly errands. Today Luis (not sure on spelling) served us, he was super friendly and helpful. The people in front of us were taking a while so he went a head and grabbed our food and drinks too! Love the curly fries when they're hot and crispy!
If I could give 0 stars I would I went there got a kids meal cheeseburger and a bacon ultimate cheeseburger I bit into the sandwich and the buns were soggy and I mean disgustingly soggy I go to get a refund and the manager Maria tries to charge me for the milk from the kids meal my toddler drank instead of giving me my full refund I told her I would like my full refund for both meals she seemingly does it but balls up my copy of the receipt and tell me they don’t give customers receipts so she doesn’t give me my return receipt or my original receipt terrible customer service she was rude from the time I came in which makes me believe they gave me terrible food on purpose and that it’s a racial thing cuz I am a black woman terrible service period even the person who I paid with Marisol wasn’t too friendly who gives someone a soggy sandwich just disgusting I still haven’t received my refund and tried to call corporate but they were closed today probably because of the eclipse
