Las Palapas Keller

Our entire family LOVES LAS PALAPAS Keller! Their food is fresh large delicious portions always friendly courteous staff and affordable prices! Cozy atmosphere with TVs and full bar and tops it off as our go to choice. The 5 of us give Las Palapas 5 Stars We are missing y'all big time Please open again ASAP!

Looks casual on the inside but the food is really good. We tried several tacos including puffy with chicken, carne asada, carne guisada, and sope with fajita chicken. Prices were really good for tacos ala carte and portions were plenty for 2 adults to share. There are 3 different salsas for chips that are also very flavorful. They have a full bar too. The margaritas were not cheap at $12/$13 but that included top shelf tequila and they were well made(not full of mixers). We will definitely be back.

We had been to a number of other Mexican restaurants in the Keller and Southlake area and had not found a favorite until we came to Las Palapas. The salsa and chips were fresh and delicious, I had a frozen Margarita that was generous and only $6 ...I understand they have a happy hour and the Rita is only $3. On our second visit they had a new expanded menu and I tried the Fish and Shrimp Street Tacos..man they were so good! This place is a great value and I highly recommend.

The food is great but the location was very poorly thought out. We finally got one in DFW and it's was out in BF Egypt. Please bring a location close to the airport. Grapevine would have been perfect.

The food was good. We arrived just when they were opening so I think they weren't quite ready to serve us. So while the food was good, it was missing some elements that had been mentioned in the menu descriptions. Our waitress was new and she tried to get us what we ordered. But unfortunately, she did not get it right. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. I do think this restaurant is probably a good one. It was just off to a rocky start that day. So we are going back again soon in hopes of a better experience.
