Front counter is severely understaffed ALWAYS (those poor folks), mind you the only time I’ve gone in is to get the correct drink from the drive thru screw up. The drive thru has 3 people at a window firing the wrong drinks and food at you every time at a rapid pace and they couldn’t care less you’re a person. I can’t tell you the last time my order was 100% right, and all I am getting was teas and bagels. Nobody cares. Nobody says hi. The only person you get a thank you from is a lovely gentleman at the drive thru window handing you the wrong order. They don’t even check with you what you ordered or give you a total, just a machine in your car window and people anxiously waiting to get your wrong food and beverages into your car.
No raisin tea biscuits available and the cappucino machine was broken so no French Vanilla cappuccinos available. Also, my Tim Hortons App wouldn't load so I didn't get my points.
Found a long hair in my wrap, when I told them about it the refused to remake it or refund my money. Very bad management!
According to Tim Hortons' website and menu, dips are supposed to be complimentary with the purchase of potato wedges, strips, etc. Please ensure that your staff is aware of this policy and does not continue to charge customers for sauce. Quality control is also necessary as items like wedges should not be served to customers hours after being prepared, resulting in them being hard, dry, and inedible. If these standards cannot be met, it may be best to not sell items that are meant to be served hot and fresh. Additionally, there seems to be excess staff talking and lingering around rather than serving customers promptly.
This restaurant doesn't even deserve one star. I was in the drive-thru and was told they couldn't make a wrap because the staff wasn't equipped or experienced enough. But when I went inside, I was able to order a wrap. Making a wrap doesn't require any special qualifications, my kids can do it. Why can't your employees?
