Feedback gevenToday I decided to go check out this place for my family to eat ,My review is, the workers were pleasant, After getting eight Dinners for my family. I ended up coming home when opening the boxes we realize that the steak and rice and vegetables that we got, look like it was for a little kids meal, The vegetables were burnt, the food didn’t even have enough of the steak it was spread to look like it did but really it wasn’t even the chicken also look like a kids meal, what we paid for I would recommend if you’re going to charge for something like that it should be less money, what the Company is charging it’s not worth it at least add more meat or charge more to get a good amounts so the person can enjoy the steak that comes and also the chicken. If I knew before walking out to check what I came home too, I would’ve confronted it in the restaurant and talk to a Manager to show him the slack of meat that wasn't add to the meal right and the Burnt vegetables.
This is my worst experience for hibachi food. It’s not worth.
I place an order by UberEat and they bring me only one meal of two. I call the restaurant and the ladies that answer the phone only told me that they very busy and if I one the other meal I has to go and pick it up and when I ask about a refund she told me that I has to discuss with Uber . He did not apologize for the poor service.
I called to make an order and the little girl that answered the phone had a terribly rude attitude. I couldn't get passed one order item without her arguing.
This place is awesome!! The food is great, and the employees are extremely kind and patient. I made an ordered through Uber eats and forgot to claim my free order of Thai donuts due to my order being so large, so I gave them a really last minute call and asked if it was too late to add them. Jonathan was super kind and added the Thai donuts without an issue.
