American Deli - Kennesaw

I ordered a 3 piece Cod Fish and French Fries. When I got home less than 5 minutes away the fish was way over cooked to the point where you could chew it for several minutes and it would not brake apart. The fries were also over cooked but at least they were edible. I?ve eaten at other A.D. locations and never had this problem. I dislike wasting my hard earned money on bad food.

They have pretty decent food. And I really like their customer service. They have Grade A for cleanliness. So I don't mind eating here.

I visited this place for the first time today. I must say order was good and hot. They were well Staffed. Everyone was pleasant and clean. But I have to say, some of them, although they were wearing gloves, they never switch out in between orders. I did see an adult female that was preparing the food with long brown hair, pinned up . She would change out hers. Lobby had a lil trash on the floor. The back did appear to be very clean. I would just remind staff to change gloves in between working the register and they should take off gloves in between orders. My main concern.

This place used to be good 2 months ago, i used to eat here once a week. Then all of a sudden it was hit or miss. No body answer the phone anymore, the cashier lady always on her phone. The wing always dry and fries are soft.
