Cold Stone Creamery - Kennesaw

Believe the reviews! If you're on I-75, head to the Cold Stone Creamery at Exit 269, located at 2500 Cobb Pl Ln NW Ste 230, Kennesaw, GA 30144. I visited the Wade Green location once before, and it was a disappointing experience. After giving it another shot months later, I faced yet another issue. I ordered what I wanted, and the server claimed it was difficult to make. He then suggested I try a different flavor of ice cream, but I explained that it wouldn't be the same as my original choice. Ultimately, I decided to place a completely different order, which came to nearly $13 for a "Love It" size in a waffle cone. I expressed my disbelief at the price, especially since the location at Exit 269 is much more reasonable. He explained that the other location is corporate and they have the ability to set their own prices, which is why it’s more affordable. I told him I wouldn’t return to this location. To top it all off, while enjoying my ice cream, I found a strand of hair in it and had to throw it away. ONCE AGAIN, BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! Avoid this Wade Green location; it’s a waste of your time and money. I've had nothing but positive experiences at the Cobb Pl location.

Why am I getting a milkshake in a cone? then to be told “it’s always like that” no it’s not. I wouldn’t always get it. It dripped in the car. You can see the difference in consistency as well as the amount. The cup is also milky but can be put back in the freezer.

I haven't been to that restaurant before. Why are you monitoring my activity? Please reply!
