The server and staff in this restaurant are friendly. eating is very good, the restaurant is very clean. wonderful experience with great travels. you go back and forth!

It's a bit more expensive than other Mexican restaurants in the area, but the quality and portion sizes make it worth it. I had the Hatch chile burrito and my wife had the Torta, and both were excellent. The salsa bar is a nice and unique touch as well, and the mad dog salsa is amazing. A lunch menu would be a great addition, but I highly recommend overall.

Truly I give it 10 out of 5 stars. I have lived in Houston TX for 8 years. It is very hard to impress me at any Mexican Restaurant outside of Texas. But..... Fiesta has a Salsa bar... need I say more!!!! I ordered a couple of killer drinks. Filled up on salsa so just ordered the Carne Asada Fries.... way too much and couldn't finish it.. I didn't get the name of everyone working but the service from all staff was impeccable. GIO... Gio is amazing! I would hire him!!!!!

I had dinner at Fiesta with my wife and we both really enjoyed our food. She had the butter fly shrimp and I had a steak burrito. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars in this review is the quality of the margaritas we ordered. We both got the house margarita like we have on many occasions. Normally we really enjoy the margaritas at Fiesta but this time they seemed really watered down, to the point we thought they forgot to add any alcohol. I'll get a margarita the next time I'm there and hope this was a one time mistake.

Slow night, so we got seated right away. The waitress was very friendly and gave great service. It was a birthday dinner for us, so they were accommodating with a song and a free dessert. Everyone enjoyed their meal, so I would rate the overall experience as pleasant.
