Hooked Seafood Boil - Kennewick

Let's start with our group was 8 and a birthday dinner. Drinks were ordered and took a very long time. As did everything, ordering, food delivery, drink refills. Very over priced for the amount of food served. Our bill for 4 people was almost 300. With only one person drinking beer. And what is the almost 40$ SERVICE FEE that was added to my bill? If it was an automatic tip I 100% understand because of a large group.Was really looking forward to great seafood dinner. Hugely disappointed ?

Horrible experience andouille sausage was cut super thin order a pound of craw fish got about 6 the crab legs where cold just all around horrible experience for my first time there won’t be going back don’t waste you money there people of tri cities it’s not worth

So this is a place that doesn't care, ordered door dash, catfish and shrimp, and clam chowder. First they sent no spoon for the chowder, then no napkins for finger foods. Sent me calimari instead of shrimp I don't like calimari). The catfish was well over cooked and the clam chowder was way watered down. Since I didn't come in it was obvious they don't care on deliveries.

3 stars because of the appetizers.We came here ready to eat seafood. I grew up in the South so I was super excited to finally have some crawfish. It’s been a few years since I had some. We ordered the $65 boil bowl doubled the crawfish. We also ordered a few appetizers they were delicious. When our food came, I was so excited until I tried one of the crawfish. I took one bite couldn’t finish it. It was super fishy, no flavor was not fresh. I know crawfish. I really wish we would’ve doubled the shrimp instead of the crawfish. The shrimp, sausage, lobster was delicious. I recommend trying the appetizers other items, just not the crawfish. It honestly wasn’t worth the $100 we spent but now we know. We will be back to get more appetizers possibly try other items but won’t go near the crawfish.

Good food with the seafood broil. Unfortunately the waiter wouldn’t check in or refill water. Another waiter came to help. The fried food was soggy but when I tried to speak to manager she brushed me off and walked away. Spent a lot of money for a large group and while I enjoyed the food for the most part, I won’t return thanks to the service.
