Jimmy John's - Kennewick

I ordered the delivery and they dropped my veggie sandwich with meat in it. I called the store, she apologised and immediately sent another one with an extra bag of chips and a cookie with a sticky note that said we were so sad: fantastic customer service, and good food to boot!

Jimmy John is incredibly accommodating. The smells of their freshly baked bread are spectacular. And they're really crazy fast.

I love the #7 sandwich it's very tasty and of course I get the big monster sandwich so I can have it for a couple of days. Living in Pendleton, Oregon we don't go to tri-cities often but for doctors appointments, so we often go to Jimmy John's and bring it home for dinner.

I accidentally left a low rating after my visit today if you want it. EDITED to reflect my actual experience: The staff was friendly and seemed to be happy! at work that made a great atmosphere. The restaurant was clean and the food was great! Thank you.

I went through the drive threw last Saturday. Jimmy John's didn't open for another 10 minutes. Ginger answered the speaker and said they weren't open, but she would be happy to take our order. She was smiling when I greeted her at the window. I think Ginger should be recognized for her beyond and above attitude! Thank you Ginger for the GREAT customer service.
