Feedback gevenFast and very friendly. I went thru the drive thru ordered my food accidentally left my wallet at home and I let them know I'd be right back and when I came back they had my order all ready to go and they were very understanding about it. Very polite
What a amazing breakfast sandwich. The egg was done just right. Bacon was really tender and tasty. The sausage was super juicy. What a great way to start the day. The lady working the drive thru did such a amazing job with customer service.
We tried their mint and chocolate “milkshakes” and totally loved them to bits. Being health conscious about sugar and calories, I usually try to avoid such sinful food. But oh my, it was so good that I couldn’t resist. Burger was good too! The lady serving us was awesome! It’s a pity that Wendy’s had closed its last store back in our country.
The food was only ok for the most part. The fries were cold and greasy instead of hot and crisp. The cola was overly carbonated, and my crispy chicken sandwich was not so crispy, and the lettuce was wilted. I've definitely had better from them! The cashier was a bit on the overly friendly side, like she was trying too hard. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day as we all do sometimes. The drive-thru service was extremely slow, and it wasn't even during the lunch hour, it was mid afternoon.
My first time here I go through the drive-through and order a frosty. I get told that there's none in stock at this point I'm now stuck in your drive-through and I'm not even getting anything. Then after waiting about 15 mins two cars in front of me stops at the window and it's the manager unloading a food order. Like you really couldn't use the door? Instead you just decide to holdup the entire line, wonderful. After about 25 mins I leave empty handed and more frustrated than when I arrived. This is a hard pass for me in the future.
