Nicely appointed rooms, large facility with all the amenities, shuttle to the Gerald R. Ford (GRR) Airport, restaurant, meeting rooms and large conference rooms. Helpful and friendly staff.

Near a lot of stores. Arrived early and they were able to accommodate. Room was clean and quiet.

The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable and we slept great! The location is fine with some shopping and restaurants close by. Checkout was 12:00 which was a bit later and we really enjoyed that. Ganders- the hotel restaurant- served us up a wonderful breakfast before we hit the road. The service was fantastic and our server even gave us takeout cups for our coffees.

I would give this a higher rating but after talking to the lady at the front desk I should give them a 0 star. Very poor customer service. I got charged twice and the attitude I received from the lady working at the front desk was disgusting. I don’t recommend anyone to stay here. I’m a Hilton honors reward member and to get disrespected like that on the phone is wrong.

Very dated rooms, clean at least. Super rude wake up call in the morning to remind me I had an airport shuttle at 430 am. She yelled at me that they promptly leave on time and I have three minutes. Which I knew I get right down there like I had already planned and she says he left you. I told you they don’t wait. I said look at the time it’s 429. Very rude and uncalled for.
