Chili's Grill - Kentwood

I've never encountered any issues at this restaurant. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The service is quick, and our food arrives promptly. My orders are consistently accurate, and the meals are served at just the right temperature. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews; my experiences here have always been positive. I'm looking forward to visiting this place again.

I had a fantastic time and a delightful meal on my birthday Saturday night. We called ahead, and our table for ten was ready when we arrived. Our waiter, Eugene, was incredible! He was friendly, professional, and quick; the service was outstanding! Everyone enjoyed their meals—my husband especially loved the ribs, and I absolutely adored my birthday dessert, which was delicious melted cake ice. Before we left, Eugene even performed a card trick for the birthday celebration, and the grandchildren were thrilled (we all loved it)!
