I recently visited Buy Buy Baby to choose a stroller and a car seat for my baby registration. I'm a first mom and I really had no idea what I did. Bri and Lizzie were the staff who helped me and they answered every question and showed me the functions of the strollers. The manager was also phenomenal in customer service and knowledge of baby equipment. I felt so much safer after leaving the store. And they gave a small gift bag with pattern mommy articles and articles for the baby like lotions and a pacifier etc. The Noodle Boo belly oil is so beautiful I order some in a larger size. I also have a baby on board suction cup decal for my vehicle in the gift bag, which was quite neat. I am so grateful for the ladies who helped me this day!! They have made an amazing impression on me and helped the selection process to be easy. Thank you.

Went to Buy Baby is looking for a travel system for my daughter and our new grandson. Laejah went out of her way to help us. With their help and the help of the other girls in the store we could save money at the expense and they ship it to Texas to my daughter without cost for us. Thanks to Store Manager Lexy and you all at Buy Baby! You have a great team!

Lexi is amazing!!! Deals with her in May 2021 regarding a dresser purchased during the Kovid May 2020. I thought nothing could be done because I waited so long (my fault). A drawer had the tape inside that blocked it from the opening all the way, but it was so deep in I couldn't reach it. I finally decided because I paid over $400 for it and it came to say something. Anyway, Lexi ordered a new one for me. One month goes by and I call an Eta, Lexi said because the Kovid is delayed everything and she is not sure when it will be. She offered me 50 if I wanted to keep it. I decided. So move until Tuesday 8-17-2021 I changed the sheet of the winding table and saw huge scratches on the dresser from the winding table. I called and spoke to Lexi that nothing can be done, and she told me that my original replacement dress came this day and she will have delivered it to me. I was shocked that they did this after they gave me back. She also told me that she can order a new changing table for me, but it would not be until Nov 2022 because of Kovid or she could refund it. I chose the refund and it agreed because my baby is now one and will be too big for it until it comes. So I went the next day and she refunded that and the mattress I bought. She's amazing! The shop is amazing! I read some of the other comments and it made me sad, all furniture places have great delays. This is not the stores' fault or associated fault. I ordered a couch next to the door to buybuybaby in April 2021 and not yet received.

Went to buy buy baby today to get a video baby monitor. I was immediately greeted at the door by the cashier which was nice. She even offered to grab me a cart. I was having a hard time picking out baby monitors and was helped by Anthony. He was a huge help and helped me pick out the the right monitor for me. It was great to receive such great customer service. Will definitely be coming back.
