Dunkin' - Key Largo, Tavernier

This is the worst Dunkin there is. Terrible service. The dunkacino is coffee and hot chocolate. Why can't you make it. You have both. Can't take online orders. On and on. Rediculous.

Took 15 minutes just to get through to the window. Breakfast bagel sandwiches burned. Watery hot chocolate. Extremely slow service with attitude. Never going back.

I hate to leave a bad review but to be honest, we are on vacation around the corner from you and NEED our morning coffee badly. My daughter drives down there to pick up 2 large hot mocha coffees to go. Simple order, no extras. A couple of drizzles of choc syrup please. Creamer and sweetener. It was explained to you nicely. And you got it wrong! Whatever you did, there was no mocha flavor at all, just very strange dark coffee. Not even plain black coffee. We were stuck with it. We will not be returning.

DO NOT BUY AT THIS DUNKIN DONUTS, 11/1/22 I purchased a dozen donuts this morning My mistake for not opening the box. When I arrived at work and opened the box, they are all stale; you can tell they were left out and old from the day before. What 's sad is the Tall lady at the front knew they were in that condition and proceeded to sell them to me. How can Dunkin donuts allow this place to remain open, the health department should look into this establishment.

Best commercial coffee, but latté makes it even better! The zombie at the register loses a star. Zombie????
