We spontaneously cycled from Traunreut, on Saturday, via Aschau to Kiefersfelden. We simply called Sachrang and the very nice woman on the phone had a double room available for us. Bicycles could be safely stored in the garage. We really received a very warm welcome. You immediately felt comfortable. Nothing was fake. Above all, a very young lady was genuinely friendly and warm. Room was appropriate for the price, very nice, everything was newly renovated. We ate great in the evening, breakfast was delicious too... Next bike tour already planned... We'll be back. Thanks Karin and Mario Nearby activities: Cycling. Hiking Food drinks: Yummy

Memorial Day. In transit. We had the choice between various pizzerias and this inn. We decided on the Bergwirt. There was a warm, friendly welcome, a clean dining room and a high-quality small daily menu. You could choose between a Törggelen menu and the individual dishes. We decided on the Viennese style schnitzel with French fries at €17.90 and the mountain ox at €21.90, consisting of a cooked slice of beef that fell apart when we cut it...so delicious and a bread dumpling souffle...a bit dry (you can't make normal bread dumplings in water here . Boiled and fluffy? .. a breaded beef cube, also dry, and the cabbage in a delicious sauce. Well, apart from a small complaint that some components were dry, the Bergochs was pretty tasty. The weak point was the loveless pale schnitzel. Nevertheless, the positive outweighs the negatives. Friendly professional service, nice clean atmosphere. The fact that it didn't get full points was due to the price. If this schnitzel had been served to us at the village innkeeper for €10.90, we would get full points. Would we come back? Naturally!!
