Feedback gevenTerrible customer service. I ordered a big pizza for the execution and they gave me the wrong pizza. When I called her to inform her about her mistake, I was only told to bring him back and get the right one. I'm going back and not as much as an apology was said. The girl I spoke to on the phone told another kid that mine was on the rack. He'll come back with my pizza and just go away. I had asked about paprika and double pineapple and when I opened the box to make sure it was right, I found the sadness that happened for “double” in Dominos. Definitely will not go back. Should have just gone to Marco.
This is a great dominoes locationI use it more than other locations . Always have my order correct an on time
Stored order online. 1. missing order piece was not delivered. 2. I order my pizza with extra sauce bc this place is stingy with the ingredients. I didn't order in awhile bc that they always screw up the order. I was hoping this time the experience would be better. NOPE! Save disappointment. Trying to take advantage of the offered coupons is not worth it
Service is absolutely amazing that we received an order, but one of the pizzas was wrong I made a call and the manager was very apologetic and friendly there was absolutely no argument and he sent us the right pizza in a contemporary way absolutely amazing!
My favorite pizza ordered the Honolulu with extra cheese via the mobile app and selected payment in the store. As soon as I arrived, I gave them a $50 bill and they advised that they were unable to take big bills. The sum was $20 and they couldn't accept the 50. So I wanted to change, but realized that my pizza was cold when I returned so I didn't return. Maybe they should put this disclaimer on the app when customers pay in business.
