Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory - Killeen

Rosa’s always comes in clutch especially when I need to grab dinner for convenience. It’s both filling and delicious ? I enjoy their fajita nachos. Today I’m trying their combo steak and chicken fajitas :

Updated: I called the store and spoke to the manager. He apologized and credited my meal. Updated score to reflect customer service. At 3 in the afternoon there was not a clean table in the place. There were plates and napkins stacked up on every single table! Asked that my order be changed to a “to go” order because there were no clean tables. He calls someone from the back to clean tables, why? Did they not know this was their job?? Had to ask three times for him to make it a To go plate before he finally did. (And flies were buzzing all around)

Food was hot and fresh. Manager was professional when I spoke to him about reserving their large room for our rehearsal dinner. I did not get his name but he was very detailed and friendly.

This Rosa's does not have the same quality as others. It seems as if they are skimping on the ingredients. Most Rosa's have quality Authentic tasting food. But not this one.
