The Rocks - Kimberling City

Food is excellent and staff was great. Don't bother with the outdoor bar unless you are local though. The locals customers were very unfriendly. Also there was a $10 cover while the band was playing and it simply was not worth it.

Hadn 't been here when it was The Rock so I don 't know how it compares but we enjoyed our experience. Now that it is Catfish Hole they serve the house fixin 's before your meal including coleslaw, hushpuppies and pickle spears. We all had a burger and it was very good. It seemed to be the only place around that was open on a Sunday afternoon so we didn 't have a lot of options but it was a good one either way.

Food was great. Staff seemed short, waitress was doing her best, but messed up my nieces order twice. Ordered sweet tea, got unsweetened tea, the ordered chicken basket (tenders) with fries, got chicken wings with a side of fries. Everything else was great. Great view outside during good weather, bands play there although not during our visit. Will be back.

Amazing food. I'm from Springfield but will definitely be visiting again soon! Really good, prompt service and the outdoor seating has an AMAZING view.

Great food. Off season they have smaller staff, but they are great. Might wait a lil longer service-wise
