Chipotle Mexican Grill

This restaurant is very unprofessional and serves very small portions compared to other Chipotle locations. I do not recommend eating here.

This is the most poorly located restaurant I have ever been to. I have never encountered such terrible service, incorrect orders, and messy dining experience at any other establishment.

On June 26th, at around 4:35 a.m., we visited a restaurant and asked if we could place an order, but the person behind the counter did not acknowledge us. The man cooking on the grill told us they were closing soon and cleaning up. Disappointed, we left and ordered food from another place. However, 15 minutes later, we noticed that the restaurant was still serving food. We returned around 25 minutes later and asked another person behind the counter if they were still open. She, who claimed to be the manager, said they were still serving and on a break. Despite the lack of name tags and unprofessional conduct, we will not be returning to this Chipotle location.

The manager of the situation was fantastic. there was an Irate customer whose card was further reduced. she continued to manage the situation very professionally. everyone who at this place is super nice super relaxed and is super helpful.

The team was out of burrito tortillas so I compromised by asking for a burrito bowl. The lady then said they were closed and refused to serve me. Later I saw them serving other customers. When I asked they tried telling me it was a miscommunication, so I asked if they could serve me then. They refused. I asked to speak to a manager. They refused. The team then laughed as I walked away. I felt humiliated and marginalized. I had to send in a corporate complaint. The staff is definitely rude. I'm a loyal Chipotle customer and experiences like this make me not want to eat at ANY of their restaurants.EDIT: Corporate compensated me with 2 free burritos. Thanks corporate I would still recommend being cautious when ordering from this location.
