Came once and ordered the vegetarian meatloaf (was told by the waiter it is a new recipe and is now made vegan) and was served all sides that weren’t vegan with it- had to wait 15 minutes to be given another one and then they forgot the sweet potatoes on the side. Came again and ordered the impossible burger and asked about vegan bread options- was told the closet vegan bread was the multigrain bread which was sliced bread served not toasted was told it did have honey in it though so not vegan so I was already frustrated. Then was served the burger with cheese on it and I took two bits before realizing- my stomach in knots from this! Burger was remade and not 100% sure actually was the impossible burger- brought home for non vegan husband. Ugh...don’t go here.
Annoying to learn impossible burger is the only thing vegan. Not even their bread is vegan. Don’t go here.
Despite seeing ao many negative posts about this restaurant- our experience was very good. They have an impossible burger and an impossible meatloaf including other options they offered. We got the impossible meatloaf with vegan mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was really good!! Updated from previous review on 2022-05-27
I called to ask about the vegan options when I saw a “meatless menu” online and couldn’t tell if the meatless items were vegan. The person on the phone said there weren’t a lot of vegan options, but gave me some examples of what I could get. I decided to take a chance. The server contradicted what the person on the phone and confirmed with the chef to make sure what I got was vegan. I had the Impossible Meatloaf that came with green beans and mashed potatoes. It was okay. My non-vegan friend had a few bites and thought it was tasty. While I wouldn’t pick to go there, it’s good know there are a few options if a friend wanted to go.
Went here for my boyfriends birthday dinner. Basically no vegan options, they have things that look like they might work but after discussing with a knowledgeable server, most things will not. They have the impossible burger, but no vegan bun (they are literally a bakery as well which I find really offensive). I had the cauliflower steak, and it was very tasty but I was annoyed in general at the lack of options.
