Feedback gevenMy family and I visit this location frequently and have always had a good experience. That was until today, as the staff was incredibly unprofessional. When our food was ready the staff member pronounce our last name incorrectly (peepee), which ok no big deal. But the 3 staff members behind the counter started busting out laughing. As I came up to retrieve my food the girl wouldn't even look at me, but pierced her lips and continued to chuckle. Wow, never have I been made fun of by staff members in a restaurant before. For future reference its pronounced peh-pay.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Panera Bread in king of Prussia and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the manager, Brittanie. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with a warm smile and welcoming attitude, which set the tone for the rest of my visit. First off, the service I received was second to none. Brittanie went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my meal and my overall experience at Panera Bread. She was incredibly attentive, checking on me regularly to see if I needed anything and ensuring that my food was just as I had ordered it. Additionally, Brittanie's knowledge of the menu was impressive. She was able to provide recommendations and made sure I was aware of any specials or limited time offers the restaurant was offering. I truly felt like she was invested in making sure my meal was enjoyable and that I would want to come back for more. What I particularly appreciated about Brittanie's management style was her ability to have a pulse on the entire restaurant. She was consistently monitoring the flow of customers and ensuring that everyone was being served in a timely manner. Even during a busy lunch rush, she never lost her cool or became flustered, which made me feel confident that I was in good hands as a customer. The overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant was also a reflection of Brittanie's exceptional management skills. Every table was clean and ready for customers, and I noticed her consistently checking on the cleanliness of the dining area and making sure that nothing was out of place. Another aspect of Brittanie's management that deserves recognition is her leadership style. She always led by example, setting a high standard for her team by being friendly, professional, and efficient. I noticed her coaching and encouraging her team members throughout my visit, which helped create a positive and productive work environment. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of Brittanie as a manager at Panera Bread. Her exceptional customer service, knowledge of the menu, management skills, and leadership style are truly impressive and set a standard for what excellent service looks like. I highly recommend visiting Panera Bread in king of Prussia and experiencing the exceptional service provided by Brittanie and her team. The food is always delicious with friendly staff. Could use some cleaning from time to time. Sometimes the tables aren’t very clean. Very friendly and a great place to get some work done! I’m always there for long periods for work and they never complain, very nice, and are very helpful!
Set up now for checking yourself out. I got lucky that the delivery boy was just ready to leave and was able to take our order. We bought two of the specials, however I changed my soup. I did not realize it was going to be $4 extra. Food was typical of a Panera bread
This place’s customer service and quality of food, restaurant and even cleanliness is subpar at best. Before pandemic, there was a standard. Now it’s give me your money, here’s your crumbs, get out.
